I Didn’t Sign Up for This: Spousal Loss & Sole Parenting| Treading Above Water

This program is offered virtually and is open to anyone who has been impacted by cancer. Membership is not required to participate.
Gilda’s Club Greater Toronto invites you to join us for our new education series, Treading Above Water.  Each week throughout the month of March we will provide virtual educational opportunities to learn from subject matter experts about the difficult topic of dying and death.
Treading Above Water is an opportunity to learn how to process difficult information and plan the best options for you or your loved ones during a period of time when life’s waters are calm so that you will be able to keep your head above water when life becomes more turbulent and the water gets deep.
I Didn’t Sign Up for This: Spousal Loss & Sole Parenting: Join Liz Siydock as she shares a personal and professional perspective around the challenges of managing grief after the death of a spouse while parenting children. Explore the many unspoken milestones and challenges you may need to face as a single person/sole parent. Plus learn how you navigate your place in the world after losing your “Mrs.” status.
