Improve your posture and release tension/stress at the same time! Enjoy gentle and individualized sitting, standing & walking exercises. Learn comfortable and practical alternatives to slouching and stiff body positioning while working at the computer. The Mitzvah Technique can be readily applied during daily, work & physical activities.

Facilitator
Susan Green has a B.Sc. in Honours Dance through Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, Canada and danced professionally as a modern dancer. Susan’s chronic postural problems were corrected through the Mitzvah Technique, improving her dance performance and teaching. She trained extensively with M. Cohen-Nehemia, founder of the Mitzvah Technique graduating as a Certified Teacher of the Mitzvah Technique. Susan has been teaching the Mitzvah Technique at Gilda’s Club for 12 years.

Waiting Room
We recommend joining the program five minutes early, where you will be directed to a waiting room. The host will add you to the program at the official start time. Once the program has started, the room will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time to ensure security. No one will be allowed to enter after this time.
