Awaken your senses and experience awareness through a gentle hour of mindful movement, breath, sound and guided meditation to find relaxation, healing from within, improved energy and relief from the stress of pain and discomfort; progress to balance, strength and general well-being. Open to all levels of experience using a mat or chair and we welcome beginners! Research has suggested that yoga has several health benefits including stress management, supporting mental and emotional health, promoting a healthy lifestyle and sleep. Our yoga is open to individuals living with cancer their caregivers. As well as individuals whose loved one has died from cancer.
Facilitator: Breanna Stutheit
Breanna believes strongly in the impact of movement and breath on the physical, mental-emotional body. Breanna’s classes are best known for her smoothing voice, a space of non-judgement and deep relaxation. She focuses her classes around uplifting mindful movement. Breanna is a E-RYT 200, 500 hr and a Yoga Therapist. Through her advanced training, Breanna has acquired skills including trauma-informed teaching, cancer care, healthy aging, and so many more

Waiting Room
We recommend joining the program five minutes early, where you will be directed to a waiting room. The host will add you to the program at the official start time. Once the program has started, the room will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time to ensure security. No one will be allowed to enter after this time.
