Awaken your senses and experience awareness through a gentle hour of mindful movement, breath, sound and guided meditation to find relaxation, healing from within, improved energy and relief from the stress of pain and discomfort; progress to balance, strength and general well-being. Open to all levels of experience using a mat or chair and we welcome beginners! Research has suggested that yoga has several health benefits including stress management, supporting mental and emotional health, promoting a healthy lifestyle and sleep. Our yoga is open to individuals living with cancer their caregivers. As well as individuals whose loved one has died from cancer.
Dianne is a Certified Yoga Therapist and a retired ICU Nurse! Dianne has always been interested in preventative health and well-being and when looking for a change, she naturally followed her instincts to nutrition and yoga. Now, as a graduate with first-class honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and a certified yoga instructor and a certified yoga therapist (Toronto and India); Dianne continues to study and practice yoga therapy. Dianne’s background in Therapeutic Yoga supports her understanding of the unique need of cancer patients and individuals with cancer-related stress.

We recommend joining the program five minutes early, where you will be directed to a waiting room. The host will add you to the program at the official start time. Once the program has started, the room will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time to ensure security. No one will be allowed to enter after this time.
