Our Virtual Program Coordinator will meet with you virtually at the jointly agreed scheduled time and go over everything from the basics of Zoom to any of your specific questions or concerns about the member portal.

Facing a cancer treatment decision? We can help.

Prep Talk helps you prepare for your upcoming cancer treatment appointments by providing personalized assistance in brainstorming questions related to your treatment decision, disease understanding, and treatment goals. This program is available for those with a cancer diagnosis and their caregivers. If possible, Prep Talk should be scheduled within two weeks of your treatment discussion appointment.

Our trained staff will help you create a customized list of questions and concerns to share with your doctor in advance or during your appointment, ensuring you make the most of your limited time with your healthcare professional.

This one-hour meeting will take place on Zoom. Once the meeting has occurred, your questions will be uploaded to your member portal.

A virtual one-on-one service that offers guidance to parents/guardians who are concerned about the impact their cancer diagnosis and treatment may have on their children/youth.
